<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 tablespoon curry powder</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">a little pepper powder,sugar and salt</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 tablespoon light soya sauce</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1/2 teaspoon chicken stock granules</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Method</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>1.</strong> Peel yam skin and cut into a small pieces.Boil until 20 minutes until soft.Mash the yam and form into a dough.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>2.</strong> Add 4 tablespoons hot water into tang fun flour and mix with the yam dough until even.Then add rice flour so that the does not get sticky.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>3.</strong> Shape the dough into a basket of medium size.Deep fry in oil until golden brown.Drain.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>4. </strong>For filling,fry garlic and add in ingredients (B).Then add in ingredients (c).Cook until it forms a thick mixture.Placed the cooked filling in the yam basket.</span></p>
