Tips to Prevent Indigestion!

Have you ever wondered why you have indigestion, constipation, stomach, or bowel problems?

It could be because you are combining the wrong foods. Some foods just don’t mix! 1. Proteins & dark green leafy vegetables combine well and aid each other in breakdown and assimilation of nutrients. 2. Starches and greens go well together. 3. Fruits should always be eaten on a totally empty stomach. 4. Never combine any meals with sugar or sugar sweetened sodas, etc. 5. Do not combine more than one protein food at a time for each meal.

The seven groups of food are; Protein, Starches, Fats, Acid Fruits, Sub Acid Fruits, Sweet Fruits, Non-Starchy Vegetables. Knowing this you can easily prevent a lot of health problems and even lose weight.
